Online training offers flexibility and accessibility, but it can also be an isolating experience. Without personalised guidance, learners often hit roadblocks and struggle to stay motivated.
Our solution? A blended learning approach that pairs comprehensive online courses with in-person online mentoring. This dynamic combination provides the best of both worlds: structured learning combined with personalized support to maximize your learning potential.
Online, Group Mentoring
Steve is typically available Mon-Fri for group mentoring sessions.
These are booked up via an online calendar, so you can find a time that suits you from the meetings available in any given week.
As part of the booking process you will also provide some brief details about what you want to discuss, whether that's a specific issue you're having, a concept you don't understand and want to go over in more detail, or in fact, anything related to any of our courses.
You'll be sent details for when/how to join the meeting in an email, and once online, we'll work through each participant as needed.
Typically these sessions last less than an hour and can vary from one attendee to six or seven, meetings are limited to 10 participants/session.
Each session is recorded and uploaded to our private Facebook group, which is also used for near real-time help and support, above and beyond the mentoring Zoom meetings.
Ideally, participants should have a webcam for these meetings, however this is not compulsory, we can discuss topics, share screens and do all we need to without a webcam, if that's your preference.
How it works
You can select how much mentoring you want below, with options for a single attendance, or monthly subscriptions for x2, x4, x8, x16 sessions Per Calendar Month.
Once payment is completed your account with us is updated with your 'attendance allowance' immediately, we email you confirmation that includes a link to book your meeting(s), so you can book your first meeting straight away.
Your confirmation email also includes a link to join our private Facebook group for help and support as well as access to group mentoring recordings.
For monthly subscriptions, each time an automated payment is received your 'attendance allowance' will be reset to your subscription level (i.e. not accumulating). You will also be emailed a summary and reminder about this and whenever you book up a meeting.
You're in full control - You manage your subscription via an online portal and can cancel any time you like. Details about how to access this are included when you first sign up and subsequent emails.
You can subscribe / cancel our mentoring services as many times as you like, we're here for you when you need it. Note: When cancelling, any meetings currently booked up will go ahead, however your ability to book up more meetings will cease from the moment you cancel.
Of course, you can also change your level of subscription any time you like, simply cancel your current subscription and re-sign up for the new level you want.
